Dare-fest Raises $200 for Kiva.Org

Despite the rain, people still turned up (or offered up cash remotely) for the Pollenizer Dare-Fest party last Friday June 4.

Cream Pies were the main game and we raised $200 for Kiva.Org.

Thank you to the generous party-goers for their contribution to the event.

Check out the party shenanigans on the Pollenizer blog and in Renai LeMay’s technology blog, Delimiter

Thanks again for everyone’s support.

We’re Supporting…

Raise Funds for Charity While You Complete Dares for Dollars

Have fun raising dollars for charity by proposing and completing in fun-filled dares. Don’t miss the opportunity to throw a cream pie in Mick Liubinskas’ face!

How does it work?

1)  On the night, you can buy tickets. For every $10 you spend you receive 9 tickets.

2) You can create a dare for others to complete or you can chose to complete other people’s dares.

For example: 5 tickets buys you the opportunity to throw a cream pie in Pollenizer founder, Mick Liubinskas’s face.

3) If you are left with 50 plus tickets at the end of the night you get a Cash Out, if not, the value of the tickets goes to one of our favourite organisations, the micro-loan platform, Kiva.Org.

Date: Friday June 4, 2010

Time: 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Place: Pollenizer’s Sydney office
